Ismail was born in Cape Town, South Africa. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Technology and over 18 years of Medical Billing and Coding experience. Ismail ran his own Dental Laboratory for 10 years and then moved to the Cayman Islands in 2005. He has worked at CTMH Doctors Hospital as a Patient Data Supervisor in the Radiology department, as well as the Business Office for over 10 years. He later worked at CG Britcay Insurance as a Medical Claims Supervisor for 5 years.

Ismail has now joined Ent in Cayman and brings his vast knowledge and experience of Medical Coding, Billing and Practice Management to the team.

Ismail, when not dedicating his time to his work, enjoys his family time and loves to travel and explore places around the world with his wife and two kids.
